TNS Multicultural provides market research services targeting multicultural markets. TNS Multicultural provides data collection as well as quantitative and qualitative research focused on the Hispanic, African American, and Asian American populations. The division helps clients collect and understand data relevant to market assessment and segmentation, product and brand development, communication analysis and evaluation, brand strategy, and customer satisfaction. In late 2008, TNS Multicultural's parent company -- formerly known as Taylor Nelson Sofres -- was acquired by media conglomerate WPP and eventually placed under that company's Kantar Group division.
