Kennedy Health System
The Kennedy Health System was founded in 1965 as John F. Kennedy Hospital. The Kennedy Health System operates three acute care hospitals with more than 600 beds in southern interior New Jersey. Its operations include several outpatient centers and wellness programs, cancer care, dialysis centers, primary care facilities, and a nursing home. Its outpatient services are vast and varied. They range from ambulance and medical transport and its group of Balance Centers (to treat dizziness and balance problems) to sleep centers, and occupational therapy. The system is affiliated with the University of New Jersey Medical and Dental School.
