National Center for Victims of Crime
National Center for Victims of Crime is the nation's leading resource and advocacy organization for crime victims and those who serve them. Founded in 1985, the National Center for Victims of Crime helps people and communities harmed by crime. The non-profit organization is focused on victim services, public policy, civil justice, and training and technical assistance. National Center for Victims of Crime also works to increase public awareness of crimes, including stalking, that in the past have not been recognized as such. Since its founding the group has worked with more than 10,000 grassroots organizations and criminal justice agencies serving millions of crime victims. Since its inception in 1985, the National Center has worked with grassroots organizations and criminal justice agencies throughout the United States serving millions of crime victims.
