Pinnacle Gas Resources' mission culminates in the development of US natural gas reserves. The company focuses on acquiring and developing coalbed methane (CBM) properties in the Rocky Mountain region. It owns natural gas and oil leasehold interests in 477,000 gross (332,000 net) acres, primarily in the Powder River Basin and Green River Basin in Wyoming and Montana. (NASDAQ:CRZO), and Rocky Mountain Gas, Inc., a subsidiary of U.S. Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:USEG), and a capital contribution by Credit Suisse First Boston.
