Subsidiary Dyrnamic Research Technologies produces handgun and rifle ammunition for hunting and law enforcement. Other offerings include export packaging and in-house freight forwarding. The firm traces its roots to 1889. American Walnut Company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July 2010.
