Dagar's of Austin is a caterer that has served the Austin, Texas, area since 1952. In addition to providing food for everything from bar mitzvahs to luaus, Dagar's of Austin Caterers company also helps coordinate other services, such as audio and video recording and flowers. Dagar's has been family owned and operated by three generations of the Dagar family. It was founded by Freddie Dagar who launched his business by selling barbecue to customers throughout Central Texas.
