Round Table Pizza operates a chain of about 500 family-oriented pizza parlors located primarily in the western US as well as in Asia and the Middle East. William Larson opened the first Round Table Pizza in 1959 and began franchising the restaurant concept three years later.

Ruby Tuesday, which takes its name from the song by the Rolling Stones, operates a leading chain of casual-dining restaurants with about 900 locations in the US and more than a dozen other countries. The full-service eateries offer a menu of American and ethnic food items, including burgers, fajitas, pasta, ribs, seafood, and steak. The restaurants are also well known for their appetizers. Found mostly in the eastern half of the country, more than 670 Ruby Tuesday locations are corporate-run, while the rest are franchised.

Ruby's Diner operates and franchises more than 40 casual-dining restaurants that recreate the feel of a 1940s diner. The eateries offer a variety of traditional favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including omelettes, burgers, and meatloaf. The restaurants are located mostly in California with a small number of units in Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Restaurateur Doug Cavanaugh opened the first Ruby's in 1982 with partner Ralph Kosmides.
