WITI
WITI, or Women in Technology International, is a professional organization devoted to helping women advance through the use of technology. Through its Web site, WITI provides access to educational, financial and job information, and networking opportunities. WITI publishes the magazine FasTrack. WITI has chapters in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, Mexico, the UK, and in more than 25 US states and the District of Columbia. WITI, also known as WITI4Hire, was established in 1989. WITI started in 1989 as The International Network of Women in Technology and, in 2001, evolved into The WITI Professional Association, the nation's leading trade association for tech-savvy women. Today, WITI is the premiere global organization empowering women in business and technology to achieve unimagined possibilities.
