We are a Delaware limited partnership recently formed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. through our wholly owned subsidiary, Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. We will develop, own and operate the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal currently under construction in western Cameron Parish, Louisiana on the Sabine Pass Channel. Our primary business objectives are to complete construction of the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal and, thereafter, to generate stable cash flows sufficient to pay the initial quarterly distribution to our unitholders and, over time, to increase our quarterly cash distribution.

In order to reduce reliance on polluting energy sources such as coal and crude oil, the PRC government has, in recent years, initiated various measure to promote the development and utilisation of less polluting energy sources such as natural gas, which is considered a cleaner but relatively new conventional energy source compared to coal and crude oil.

Colonial Pipeline Co. is an interstate common carrier of petroleum products. Each day, it delivers an average of 100 million gallons of gasolines, kerosenes, home heating oils, diesel fuels and national defense fuels to shipper terminals in 12 states and the District of Columbia. The 5,519-mile Colonial system transports these fuels primarily from refineries in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama to 267 marketing terminals serving the communities across the South and Eastern United States.

Colorado Interstate Gas knows that there is no fuel like an old fuel -- natural gas. Founded in 1927, the company, a subsidiary of El Paso Corp., transports natural gas from fields in the Rocky Mountains and the Anadarko Basin to customers in the Rocky Mountains, Midwest, Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and California. Duncan Energy Partners owns interests in assets located primarily in Texas and Louisiana, including interests in approximately 9,200 miles of natural gas pipelines with a transportation capacity aggregating approximately 6.8 billion cubic feet (“Bcf”) per day; more than 1,600 miles of NGL and petrochemical pipelines featuring access to the world's largest fractionation complex at Mont Belvieu, Texas; two NGL fractionation facilities located in south Texas; approximately 18 million barrels (“MMBbls”) of leased NGL storage capacity; 8.5 Bcf of leased natural gas storage capacity; and 34 underground salt dome caverns with more than 100 MMBbls of NGL storage capacity at Mont Belvieu.
