As an experienced Change Agent, Jane understands the challenges involved in formulating strategies for growth and productivity, performance improvement and profitability, as well as the complexities of developing leaders and teams to their utmost potential. In addition to over 10 years as a successful entrepreneur, Jane has over 15 years experience in corporate environments, where she strategically planned, participated in, or managed many initiatives for performance improvement and organizational effectiveness. Jane’s client list includes managers, professionals and executives for small entrepreneurial companies to large international corporations. She is also a coach for the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Graduate School of Management, where she coaches students in the EMBA program.Jane holds advanced degrees from Southern Methodist University and Birmingham Southern College.
