Wheelock and Company Limited ("Wheelock"), and chairman of a fellow subsidiary of the Company, namely, Wheelock Properties Limited ("WPL"), both publicly listed in Hong Kong. Furthermore, he is the chairman of another fellow subsidiary of the Company, namely, Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited ("WPSL"), which is publicly listed in Singapore.
