The company is the parent of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, which operates more than 20 branches serving New Jersey's Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, and Union counties. The bank offers traditional checking and savings products. Real estate mortgages make up about nearly 65% of its loan portfolio, which also includes business, construction, and personal loans. Other offerings include fixed-rate mortgages, and asset management and trust services. Peoples caters to individuals and middle-market businesses in industries such as seafood, retail, hospitality, gaming, and construction. Chairman and CEO Chevis Swetman owns about 16% of the bank; his family has had an interest in the bank since its inception in 1896.

QNB Corp. is the holding company for QNB Bank, which provides commercial banking services through about 10 branches serving Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties in southeastern Pennsylvania. QNB offers standard banking services including checking, savings, and money market acccounts; IRAs; and CDs. It uses funds from deposits to originate business loans, residential mortgages, and consumer loans. Commercial loans and mortgages account for more than half of its lending portfolio. Unlike many of its peers, QNB Bank does not directly offer trust services or full-service insurance. Through a partnership with Raymond James Financial, though, it offers wealth management services.

Republic First Bancorp is the holding company for Republic First Bank (dba Republic Bank), which serves southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey from a dozen branches. The bank targets individuals and small to midsized businesses, offering standard deposit products including checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, IRAs, and CDs. Commercial mortgages account for more than 70% of the company's loan portfolio, which also includes consumer loans, business loans, and residential mortgages. Republic First and Metro Bancorp scrapped plans to merge in 2010 due to regulatory difficulties. Undaunted, the company is still looking to expand in New Jersey and plans to open new branches.

Rockville Financial, Inc. is the holding company owns the regional thrift, which serves Connecticut's Hartford, New London, and Tolland counties from 20 branch locations. Rockville Bank offers traditional deposit products and services, including checking, savings, and NOW accounts. One-to-four family residential mortgages account for more than 60% of the bank's lending portfolio, which also includes commercial real estate, business, construction, and consumer loans. Several of the bank's branches are located in supermarkets and operate seven days a week. Mutual holding company Rockville Financial MHC owns 55% of Rockville Financial.
