QNB Corp. is the holding company for QNB Bank, which provides commercial banking services through about 10 branches serving Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties in southeastern Pennsylvania. QNB offers standard banking services including checking, savings, and money market acccounts; IRAs; and CDs. It uses funds from deposits to originate business loans, residential mortgages, and consumer loans. Commercial loans and mortgages account for more than half of its lending portfolio. Rockville Financial, Inc. is the holding company owns the regional thrift, which serves Connecticut's Hartford, New London, and Tolland counties from 20 branch locations. Rockville Bank offers traditional deposit products and services, including checking, savings, and NOW accounts. One-to-four family residential mortgages account for more than 60% of the bank's lending portfolio, which also includes commercial real estate, business, construction, and consumer loans. Several of the bank's branches are located in supermarkets and operate seven days a week. Mutual holding company Rockville Financial MHC owns 55% of Rockville Financial.

Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania is the holding company of Royal Bank America, which operates about 15 branches in southeastern Pennsylvania (including Philadelphia and its King of Prussia suburb) and another in New Jersey. Royal Bancshares has other units devoted to equipment leasing (Royal Leasing), commercial finance (Royal Investments America), and lender financing (RAB Capital). The company is selling Royal Asian Bank, which serves Korean-American markets through five branches in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, to a group led by the unit's CEO, Edward Shin.

S&T Bancorp is the bank holding company for S&T Bank, which serves customers from more than 50 branch offices in western Pennsylvania. Targeting individuals and local businesses, the bank offers such standard retail products as checking, savings, and money market accounts; CDs; and credit cards. Business loans, including commercial mortgages, make up more than two-thirds of the company's loan portfolio; the bank also originates residential mortgages, construction loans, and consumer loans. Through subsidiaries, S&T Bank sells life, disability, and property/casualty insurance; provides investment management services; and manages the Stewart Capital family of mutual funds.
