Coastal Administrative Services (CAS) has a plan to keep your employees healthy. The third-party administrator (TPA) offers insurance benefits to businesses in the Pacific Northwest that self-fund their health care plans. (A self-funded or self-insured health plan is one in which the employer assumes some or all of the risk for providing health care benefits to its employees.) CAS offers such services as benefit plan design and consultancy, plan administration, and claims processing for businesses with 15 to 500 employees. It partners with Shorman Solutions to provide case management services and Northwest Pharmacy Services to provide pharmacy benefits.
