Triumph Hospital Philadelphia is a 58-bed long term acute care (ltac) hospital for the medically complex, chronically ill, or catastrophically injured patient for whom short-term acute care is no longer an option. Our 58-bed specialty hospital is ideally located heart of South Philadelphia. We have a new state of the art ten bed licensed Intensive Care Unit and 48 bed, all private, Medical Surgical Unit with private bathrooms. We strive for ACLS certification for all our Registered Nurses. Triumph Hospital of Philadelphia bridges the gap between the short term acute hospitals and care provided in rehabilitation units, skilled nursing, long term care and home. Our team consists of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, case managers and allied health professionals, who utilize an interdisciplinary approach to achieving the best possible outcomes for each and every patient. Upon admission, we will develop and implement a customized patient care plan that ensures that all of our resources and energies are focused on achieving optimal outcomes.
