Hoss's Steak and Sea House, Inc.
Don't expect to find any Cartwright memorabilia here, just plenty of hearty food. Hoss's Steak and Sea House operates about 40 of its signature family-style restaurants in Pennsylvania. The diners offer standard American fare and seafood for lunch and dinner, along with an all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar. Each restaurant sports local memorabilia as part of its decor. The company also operates Hoss's Fresh Xpress, its own warehouse and distribution system used to supply the restaurants. CEO Bill Campbell, a former WesterN SizzliN franchisee, opened the first Hoss's in 1983.
