Copersucar S.A. is the largest Brazilian sugar, ethanol and bioenergy company and a significant player in the major world markets. The company intends to triple its business by 2018, achieving a 30% share of Brazilian sugar and ethanol production. Copersucar’s growth strategy is based on expanding the production of member mills, attracting new members and expanding sales of sugar and ethanol produced by non-members.
