Home Basics is a vision of Mr Hannibal Dominic Karippaparambil, a retired superintendent engineer from PWD, Kerala. Based on his vision and guidance Home Basics is currently being managed by Mr Denny Hannibal, Mr Dony Sebastian, both from the Karippaparambil family and James Jacob Unniamparambil (Director – Chemlog International Trading, Dubai). Home Basics has made significant progress in the field of building villas and apartments.
