NRI-Assistance services is founded by people who have travelled across the world and lived in mulitple cities across many countries. We understand the needs of NRIs and the type of assistance that are required by them in India. We also understand how important it is to deliver quality services to the NRI's and at the right prices. To ensure quality of service delivery and to track the progress, we have an elaborate helpdesk system whereas the status of every service request is updated regularly. We plan to provide 24x7 voice customer support (currently it is 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST). We also have local affiliates in many countries, who can be contacted during local day time for any inquiries.
