Sparrow Hospital, has two campuses and more than 700 beds. Its Clinton Memorial Hospital has about 30 beds, and affiliate Carson City Hospital has roughly 80 beds. The hospital also operates a level two trauma center, a cancer center, and a pediatric emergency center, as well as several urgent care facilities. It also offers home health, hospice, laboratory, and pharmacy services. More than 60,000 patients visit the hospital's emergency room each year. St. Anthony's Medical Center was started in 1900 by the Franciscan Sisters of Germany.

St. Bernard Hospital is a powerhouse of betterment for the people it serves. St. Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center serves the residents of Chicago's south side neighborhood of Englewood. The facility has about 200 beds, and its specialties include pediatrics, psychiatry, neurology, orthopedics, and cardiology services. St. Bernard hospital also offers inpatient detoxification services for patients dependent on opiates or alcohol.
