Quest Resource Corporation operates in two segments, Oil and Gas Production, and Natural Gas Pipelines. The Oil and Gas Production segment primarily focuses on the development of coal bed methane in the Cherokee basin. The Natural Gas Pipelines segment involves in transporting, gathering, treating, and processing natural gas. It owns and operates a natural gas gathering pipeline network of approximately 2,173 miles in the Cherokee Basin, as well as a 1,120 mile interstate natural gas pipeline, which transports natural gas from northern Oklahoma and western Kansas to the metropolitan Wichita and Kansas City markets. Quest Resource Corporation was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Quicksilver Gas Services GP LLC serves as the general partner of Quicksilver Gas Services LP. Quicksilver Gas Services LP was founded in 2004 and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Quicksilver Gas Services LP operates as a subsidiary of Quicksilver Resources Inc.

RAM Energy Resources, Inc. operates primarily in the Permian Basin, the Barnett Shale, the onshore Gulf Coast region, and in the Mid-Continent. The oil and gas exploration and production company has estimated proved reserves of 11 million barrels of oil equivalent, primarily from three regions: the Illinois Basin (in Illinois and Indiana) and the Appalachian Basin (Pennsylvania and West Virginia). Rex Energy Corporation owns interests in the Lawrence Field ASP Flood project, which is an oil recovery project located in Lawrence County, Illinois; and the Marcellus Shale drilling projects located in Pennsylvania in the Appalachian Basin. As of December 31, 2008, Rex Energy Corporation operated approximately 2,314 wells. Rex Energy Corporation has a joint venture agreement with Stonehenge Energy Resources, L.P. to build a high pressure gathering system and cryogenic gas processing plant in Butler County, Pennsylvania. Rex Energy Corporation was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in State College, Pennsylvania.
