When French carmaker Renault decided to take a road trip across India, it asked Indian SUV maker Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) to come along for company. Mahindra Renault builds on Mahindra's distribution in the country and desire to move from SUVs to cars. The company has produced the Logan, a budget-priced subcompact sedan that Renault also sells in seven other emerging markets.
