Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation was formed by over 50 owners of Commander aircraft in the spring of 2005. CPAC was formed to submit a bid to buy the assets of defunct Commander Aircraft Corporation from CAC’s bankruptcy trustee and produce new Commander aircraft and support the worldwide Commander aircraft fleet.
