Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation was formed by over 50 owners of Commander aircraft in the spring of 2005. CPAC was formed to submit a bid to buy the assets of defunct Commander Aircraft Corporation from CAC’s bankruptcy trustee and produce new Commander aircraft and support the worldwide Commander aircraft fleet. CPAC’s bid was successful and, CPAC closed the acquisition at the end of June 2005. The acquisition did not include a lease of CAC’s former facility in Oklahoma City and no appropriate space could be found within commuting distance of the Oklahoma City work force. After an intense search, the Company chose Cape Girardeau Regional Airport for its new home. All production equipment and inventory was moved to our new facility in late 2005 and is now fully set up for operations. The board of directors of Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation consists of Gregory L. Walker, President and CEO. Mr. Robert Tippens, serve as Vice-President/ Chief Financial Officer and organizer of the Commander Owners Group and a primary organizer of the Company. CPAC’s operations in Cape Girardeau are under the oversight of Mr. Carl R. Gull, Vice President – Operations. Mr. John Canavan is CPAC’s Inventory and Purchasing Manager. Mr. Michael Bryant is CPAC’s PMA QA Manager.

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. engages in the contract production of structural aircraft parts for the United States Air Force and other branches of the U.S. armed forces as a prime contractor or subcontractor for other defense prime contractors. The company, as a prime contractor, offers skin panels, leading edges, flight control surfaces, engine components, wing tips, cowl doors, nacelle assemblies, and inlet assemblies for military aircraft.
