Tift County Hospital Authority, which includes a nine-member board of trustees, governs TRMC. The hospital is also affiliated with the Emory Healthcare network.

Titusville Area Hospital, an acute care health facility, provides diagnostic, primary treatment, and emergency health services to more than 30,000 residents in the Crawford County, Pennsylvania region. Specific services at Titusville include birthing, home health care, lithotripsy, and pain management. Titusville Area Hospital opened its doors in 1901.

Tomah Memorial Hospital provides a wide range of medical services for the residents of western Wisconsin and southern Minnesota. The hospital's staff of about 100 health care professionals includes specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, general and orthopedic surgery, and emergency medicine. In 2005 the hospital completed a nearly $10 million construction and renovation project, which included a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility on its premises. With help and donations from many community residents, Tomah Memorial opened its doors in 1952 with 29 beds.
