Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) helps keep people healthy in the Peach State. The medical center, which operates with some 100 physicians on staff representing more than 30 specialties, serves residents in southern Georgia. TRMC offers its patients a wide range of services such as cardiology, cancer treatment, neurology, occupational and physical therapy, obstetrics, and surgical care. The not-for-profit medical center has a capacity of about 190 beds. It also operates an outpatient services clinic. Tift County Hospital Authority, which includes a nine-member board of trustees, governs TRMC. The hospital is also affiliated with the Emory Healthcare network.
