Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA) believes in teamwork when it comes to providing health care to the good people living in Tennessee and Virginia. Along with MSHA's dozen acute care hospitals, the integrated healthcare delivery system operates more than 20 primary and preventive care centers and numerous outpatient care sites, including First Assist Urgent Care, MedWorks, Same Day Surgery, and Rehab Plus. MultiCare Health System is a not-for-profit health system serving residents of four counties in the southern Puget Sound region and southwestern Washington. The system's four hospitals combined have more than 800 beds. The largest facility, Tacoma General, boasts 390 beds and provides specialized cancer, cardiac, orthopedic, and trauma care, in addition to general medical and surgical care. Other medical centers include Good Samaritan Hospital with 225 beds, Allenmore Hospital with 130 beds, and the 70-bed Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. MultiCare Health System also operates dozens of primary care, specialty care, and urgent care clinics throughout the region, as well as home health and hospice care agencies.

Munroe Regional Health System operates the Munroe Regional Medical Center and affiliated facilities serving residents of north central Florida's Marion County and surrounding areas. Munroe Regional Medical Center is a 420-bed acute care hospital offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and emergency care, along with programs devoted to cardiovascular care, stroke prevention and care, orthopedics, and women's health. The hospital is operated under a lease agreement with the Marion County Hospital District. Munroe Regional Health System also provides home health services and operates outpatient clinics providing primary care, diagnostic, and rehabilitation therapy services.

Munson Healthcare was founded in 1915. Munson Healthcare is a not-for-profit health care system serving some 25 counties in northern Michigan. Its flagship facility is Munson Medical Center, a regional referral hospital with about 390 beds and offers specialty services including cancer treatment, behavioral health, cardiac care, and orthopedics. Munson Healthcare also has management agreements and other types of affiliations with about a dozen other hospitals in the region. In addition, Munson Healthcare operates urgent care and community clinics, home health care and hospice agencies, an ambulance service, and the Northern Michigan Supply Alliance, a supply chain management group co-owned with Trinity Health.

Nassau Health Care keeps residents healthy in the suburbs of the Big Apple. The health system operates Nassau University Medical Center, which has some 530 beds, as well as the A. Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility, a skilled nursing center with 590 beds. Other operations include about a half-dozen community health centers and a home health care agency serving the people of Long Island. Nassau University Medical Center's specialized services include trauma, burn care, orthopedics, psychiatry, and obstetrics. Nassau Health Care is a public benefit company governed by a representative board appointed by state and county officials.
