Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center is a private, not for profit Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), located in southeastern Oklahoma. At Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center we use an interdisciplinary team approach to treatment specifically designed for patients that need a longer acute care recovery period of 25 days or more. We specialize in the medical management of patients with complex, unresolved, acute, chronic, or catastrophic illnesses, as well as multi-system disease processes. Patients benefit from our unique LTACH environment that delivers acute medical care and therapy services while maximizing our patients recover process. Our disciplinary team approach to treatment is led by a select group of dedicated local physicians who are committed to providing quality patient care. Our nurses, therapists, nutritionists, and case managers work with our physicians to assist our patients in getting personalized, compassionate care in the most efficient and appropriate manner. Each patient is unique and the pre-admission evaluation will begin the treatment plan necessaryh to identifyr specific goals during hospitilazation.
