Freeman Health System offers comprehensive health and behavioral health to the residents of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma through three hospitals with a total of more than 400 beds. Specialty facilities include a full-service cardiothoracic and vascular program at the Freeman Heart Institute, and behavioral health services through its Ozark Health Center. The community-owned Freeman system also operates two urgent care centers, a separate sleep center, several doctors' office buildings, and serves as a teaching hospital with three residency programs (ear, nose, and throat; emergency medicine; and internal medicine).

Fremont Area Medical Center has more than 260 beds and serves Nebraska's Dodge County and surrounding areas. About 160 beds are dedicated to long-term care patients. Founded in 1940, Fremont Area Medical Center is owned by Dodge County and operates by taxpayer funding.

Frisbie Memorial Hospital serves southeastern New Hampshire and southern Maine. The acute-care facility has nearly 90 beds and about 250 physicians on staff with some 40 specialties. Established in 1919, the not-for-profit community hospital offers patients a variety of services including emergency, radiology, cardiology, neurology, and respiratory and surgical care. Frisbie Memorial also operates outpatient and primary medical care facilities, and it provides oncology services through a partnership with the Dartmoth-Hitchcock health care group.

Froedtert Hospital was founded in 1980 and has some 500 beds. Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital for a full range of health services, including trauma, transplant, sports medicine, and senior care. The hospital, also known as Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, is part of the Froedtert Health system (pronouned frey-dert). Specialty units include cancer, neuroscience, birthing, fertility, and vein clinics. The hospital also serves as a teaching facility for the Medical College of Wisconsin, and it partners with the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin to provide pediatric services.

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is a general acute care hospital with about 350 beds and a medical staff of some 200 physicians. The hospital provides inpatient medical, surgical, and behavioral health care, as well as ambulatory surgery, diagnostic imaging, and other outpatient services. Specialties include cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, and women's and children's care. Additionally, Gadsden Regional offers home health care and hospice services and runs a retail home medical equipment store. The health system is part of the Triad Hospitals group, which was acquired by Community Health Systems in 2007.
