Concord Hospital is agreeably an acute care regional hospital serving 22 communities in central New Hampshire. The hospital maintains more than 230 staffed beds, admits more than 17,000 patients each year, and offers centers for cardiac care, orthopedics, cancer care, urologic care, wound healing, and women's health. Concord Hospital also operates other medical facilities in the region, including two family health centers, an imaging center, a sleep center, and a rehabilitation facility. Effective July 1, 2010, the Company entered into a joint venture with Chang'An Hospital for the operation of Chang'An Hospital's cancer treatment facilities by acquiring a 52% equity interest in Xi'an Wan Jie Hua Xiang Medical Technology Development Limited.

Conemaugh Health System serves western Pennsylvania's medical needs. The network includes flagship teaching facility Memorial Medical Center, as well as Meyersdale Medical Center, Miners Medical Center, Crichton Rehabilitation Center, and a network of community and specialized health care facilities. With more than 800 beds in its system, Conemaugh Health offers such services as regional cancer, cardiovascular, and neurosciences centers; home health care and home medical equipment; general care facilities; and specialized facilities for managing pain and wounds that are difficult to heal. Conemaugh Health also operates Penn Highlands Health Plan, a PPO.

Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) centerpiece is its children's hospital that cares for children from babyhood to adulthood with a variety of services including surgery, behavioral care, and emergency medicine. The critical care department houses a Level I Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) that receives referral patients from more than 30 hospitals throughout the region. The center also conducts clinical research and provides pediatric training to health professionals. CCMC is home to more than 10 outpatient facilities throughout Connecticut and a 120-student school for children with physical and behavioral challenges.

Conway Medical Center (CMC) is famous in its own right for providing a wide range of health care services to residents of eastern South Carolina. The private, not-for-profit, 210-bed hospital provides services including primary, diagnostic, emergency, surgical, maternal and pediatric, and rehabilitative care. CMC specializes in heart health, hospice care, and occupational health. Additionally, CMC operates the Kingston Nursing Center, an about 90-bed long-term nursing and rehabilitative care facility and the Conway Physicians Group, which is home to about 10 physician practices offering a range of specialties.
