ADL also manages one care home, with 40 operational beds, on a joint venture basis. In addition Woodland Healthcare Limited manages one care home, with 23 operational beds, on a partnership basis. ADL works in partnership with local authorities, PCTs, NHS Trusts and the relatives of the residents of its care homes to provide the residents with the highest quality of care in homely surroundings.

Advocat Inc. provides a range of long-term care services to the elderly, which include skilled nursing, ancillary health care services, and assisted living. It also offers various rehabilitative, nutritional, respiratory, and other specialized ancillary services. As of March 9, 2010, it operated 50 skilled nursing centers containing 5,799 licensed nursing beds. Advocat Inc. has nursing centers in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. Advocat Inc. was founded in 1994 and is based in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Alden Management Services, Inc. was founded in 1971 by president Floyd Schlossberg as an offshoot of the Alden Bennett Construction Company. Alden Management Services, also known as The Alden Network, operates about 40 independent living, assisted living, and skilled rehabilitation and nursing facilities primarily throughout Illinois, but also in Wisconsin. Its elder care facilities provide a wide range of services such as rehabilitation, Alzheimer's care, long-term care, hospice, and infectious disease management. Alden Management Services also offers programs for children and young adults with special needs. Alden's pediatric services include behavioral management, nursing care, and physical therapy.

American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW) preaches the gospel of the active senior lifestyle, operating about 30 senior living facilities in four western states. Most of ABHOW's communities are government-subsidized apartments for low-income seniors.
