It also offers voice recording, technical support, and weather forecasting services. The companys customers comprise regional bell operating companies, competitive local exchange carriers, independent telephone and long distance companies, wireless carriers, cable companies, utilities, telecommunications manufacturers, and other businesses and organizations. It markets its products through distributors primarily in the United States, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Mexico, South America, Central America, China, Europe, and the Caribbean.
