Sports Authority of Thailand
The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) plays so that its country's sports teams might win. The government-controlled agency supervises, promotes, and controls sports in Thailand. SAT gets its annual budget from the Office of the Prime Minister and is led by an administrative board comprised of directors who are nominated by the Prime Minister's cabinet. Among its responsibilities are sports promotion, organizational support, construction of sports facilities, and the analysis of Thai sports. SAT was originally established in 1985 and came under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports in 2002.
