REEL Hospitality operates three casual-dining restaurants in Vermont and Connecticut. Its dining operations include the bistro-flavored Sweetwaters and the Italian-themed Tuscan Kitchen, both in Burlington, Vermont. REEL Hospitality also operates the Dakota Steakhouse in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The company was founded by Tony Perry as Perry Restaurant Group in 1963. Perry sold the business to a management group led by president David Melincoff in 1999.

Richoux Group (formerly Gourmet Holdings) operates a small number of restaurants and pubs under the Richoux and Amato brands. Its flagship concept, which has been around since the early 1900s, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, including such traditional items as fish and chips, liver and onions, and Shepherd's pie. The eateries also feature afternoon tea with scones.

Richtree Market Restaurants operates a small number of casual dining spots in Toronto, Ottawa, and other parts of Ontario. It has a half dozen restaurants that specialize in Mediterranean-style cuisine with a menu that features past, pizza, and seafood dishes. The market restaurants also serve gourmet coffee and pastries, as well as some breakfast items. Richtree Market Restaurants was formed in 2005 with backing from US-based investment group Catalyst Fund.
