Our coffee is roasted in small drum roasters in all of our traditional stores (the only stores that don't roast on site are our Express locations that you'll see in places like an airport, library, or college campus where coffee roasting is not an option). We do this because we know that there is nothing better than freshly roasted coffee so long as you're starting with great coffee beans and roasting them with passion. What you'll find is that we source beans from the best farmers in the world. Dunn Bros care deeply about the sustainability of our farming partners and the environmental practices under which the coffee is grown. Dunn Bros Coffee Franchising, Inc. are real reflections of the communities that they're in. Many of our shops hang local art and play local music. Free WIFI is available in all but a few locations. Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. operates a chain of full-service restaurants and package liquor stores in south Florida. Fogo de Chao Churrascaria operates a chain of about 20 restaurants across the US and in Brazil specializing in Brazilian-style churrasco, a traditional way of slow roasting meat. Customers at Fogo de Chao (pronounced fo-go dèe shoun) can help themselves from unlimited servings of meat from the gaúcho chefs, who keep bringing food until guests turn over their serving card from green to red. Brothers Arri and Jair Coser opened their first Fogo de Chao in Brazil in 1979 and exported the concept to the US in 1997. Fogo de Chao Churrascaria (Holding) LLC is backed by Brazilian investment firm GP Investimentos.

Pastry fans might like to go a lap with this company. Great Circle Family Foods is a franchisee of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, with about a dozen stores operating in Southern California. The shops are popular for their raised, glazed doughnuts that are served fresh and hot out of the fryer; the chain's menu also features cake and filled doughnuts, crullers, and fritters, as well as hot coffee and other beverages. CEO Roger Glickman and his father-in-law Richard Reinis started the company in 1998. Great Circle Family Foods exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2009.
