Began operations in 1890 with the founding of our brewery in Monterrey, Mexico. Today, a century later, we grew from a brewery to a company with the integration of consumption of soft drinks, juice drinks, bottled water and retail operations.
On April 30, 2010, FEMSA announced the closing of the transaction by which FEMSA agreed to exchange 100% of its beer operations by a 20% shareholding in the Heineken Group.
