When our parents Bill Blosser and Susan Sokol Blosser planted their first vines in 1971, they needed all of their youthful self-confidence, energy and determination to make their way because there was no wine industry in Oregon. Today, with over 300 wineries and more than 13,000 acres of vineyards, Oregon wines are available throughout the world. Founded by Warren Winiarski and his family in 1970.Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars is best known for our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignons—CASK 23, S.L.V., and FAY. Over the years, these wines have become some of the most highly regarded and collected wines worldwide. They are fashioned to express classic elegance, structure, and ageability, and to reflect the place in which they are grown.

The current Stock Spirits Group was established in 2007 from the combination of Stock and Polmos Lublin, under the control of Oaktree Capital Management. Our beginnings, however, date back to the 19th century, in what was the Austro-Hungarian Empire.Stock up the liquor cabinet with bottles from Stock Spirits Group. The company sells almost 40 brands of vodka, brandy, and liqueur in Central and Eastern Europe and the US. In the US it does business as Heritage Brands, Inc. Stock Spirits Group is owned by Oaktree Capital Management.

Stone Bridge Cellars, which operates as Joseph Phelps Vineyards (JPV), produces up to 80,000 cases of cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, and dessert wines a year. The wines, aged in oak barrels made in France, are sold under the Joseph Phelps Insignia label. The winery, which was founded in Callifornia's Napa Valley in 1972, practices biodynamic farming, which, along with the usual organic farming methods, includes having onsite honeybee hives and allowing sheep to graze the vineyards when the grape vines are dormant. Wines are available through the company's Web site in states that allow such shipments; JVP also owns Freestone Vineyards in Sonoma County.

Taittinger has something to be bubbly about. When celebrations are afoot, the champagne and wine maker produces vintages for all. The company produces its champagne and wines in France and the US. It offers wines made from grapes grown in the Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, and Rhone regions of France and it owns Domaine Carneros, a California winemaker which plies about 200 acres in Napa and Sonoma valleys. About two-thirds of Taittinger's champagne production is sold overseas. In addition to wine the company offers spirits including brandies, scotch, gin, vodka, and liqueurs.
