SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Branch (shorted for SRCB) was registered and set up on Dec. 26, 2007 after the assets and business of its original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. was integrated by SINOPEC. SRCB inherits all assets, business, staff, corresponding rights and obligations of its original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. At present, SRCB has the comprehensive capacity of processing 4.2 million tons crude oil per year with 22 sets processing units.
