Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company (hereinafter is abbreviated as ZRCC) is one of the flagship enterprises affiliated to Sinopec. With Zhejiang Refinery as its predecessor that dates back to 1975, the Company was restructured into Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. and became listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1994.
