Worst experience ever had with this Maruti Authorised Service Centre. they seem to dupe customers with careful planning. First they will quickly respond to your calls ensuring customer get trapped almost completely. My car was towed on time at 09:30 AM (as mutually agreed upon). i was charged Rs 500/- which according to them are minimum charges. My WagonR was towed to their Service centre at Powai Mumbai. there starts the actual misery. I sensed the towing vehicle driver was sharing his share (of Rs 500) with Powai Auto works employees which made me little skeptical. the problem with my Car was its being not started due to some reason. I was first told that it was mice attack on car wiring and required a complete check up from Fuel pump to the associated electrical circuitry and was promised delivery by 16:00. At around 16:00 I received a call from them with a worst excuse that the car is not ready due to work overload with them and they are still looking into the root cause of its not
