Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience. Despite taking an appointment, I was made to wait for 1.5 hours because some VIP patient needed to be adjusted. It was said that the patient was an emergency case despite the fact that the patient was enjoying fruit juice and salted peanuts from the cafe inside the imaging center with his spouse. They have displayed the most unprofessional and callous attitude towards its 'customers'. I am sorry to say that this center is no better than any other center.

I have one of the worst experience today at Diwan Chand Diagnostic centre Kirti nagar today. My Doctor has prescribe me this diagnostic centre as best in this area so I went as per recommendation but found it just reversed on the graph. I went for ultrasound in my 36 week of pregnancy today, the radiologist there was totally unprofessional, she just took 2 mnts to complete my scan, after I enquire that I want to see the image of my baby, she just said that u won’t be able to see anything there. After it she went on her table & was doing facebook there. I was totally shocked & surprise to see this kind of behavior that she didn’t even bother to give some detailing about my scan , my health or my baby’s scan detail. When I was coming back I asked her shall I wait outside for my report, she replied ya.
