New common Home is new name of Common Home under renovation to give it new and beautifull look. Pictures of newly renovated Luxury rooms are updated in gallery section. It is situated in the center of 3km long Agonda beach.There are 6 sea facing traditional wooden/bamboo Beach huts literally a stone’s throw away from Agonda Beach, each with its own outside seating area and attached bathroom. All the huts have been lovingly constructed out of local traditional Indian materials but with the benefit of modern facilities such as fans, power sockets, lighting and mosquito nets. The 6 beach huts all have modern showers and WC’s which are kept spotlessly clean by our attentive and friendly Goan staff. These huts are perfect for watching the sunset and are only a few seconds stroll to the sea,In the stone built Portuguese designed buildings there are 8 en-suite & air-conditioned, marble floored rooms (4 on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the 1st floor) with modern showers and Western toilets.

Norwood Green cottages are nested in the tea gardens of palampur. Each cottage has 4 rooms, with in house lounge, dining, kitchen, a front garden and a rear garden over looking tea garden & mighty dhauladhar ranges, the place has an aristocratic backdrop & a good vibe to it. The cottages are fully furnished with modern fittings. Each room has attached bathroom & is equipped with LCD flat screen TV. To each cottage chef & butlers are provided, the food is customized according to every guests liking.
