Den is like bull shit. I have never seen a company filled with highly unprofessional people. I have 45 connection in my near by family . I am feeling very ashmed of my self why did I recomond den to them. I am closing all 45 connections this month. But I wanna tell every user what that shit company done to me. The cable operator collects monthly fess on 1 of every month and on 5 they block my all conections. When I called to the customer care they said your payment has not been made kindly pay monthly fees. When I contact hemraj my local cable operator he said "Call center wale to faltu hai jhut bol rahe hai" wow what a answer. You wont believe after 2 days my set top box get activated This happens with me for 5 months regularly. The recent bullshit is I had activated star sport 1 and 3 before world cup stareted through call center. After 2 days it got activated. And few days later they shut down star sports 3 and activated 4. Without any information. And now on 30 march they

Sir, Mere pass aap ke (DEN) two setup box hai. card No. 000010714368 and 000032523607. mera transfer meerut se ghaziabad ( H No. SE-282, Shastri nagar, ghaziabad) ho gaya hai lekin aap ke cable operator ten days se pareshan kar raha hai woo setup box ko start nahi kar raha hai meerut ke cable operator ne already NOC dediya hai. I have been member of DEN Networks Limited for the last 4 - 5 years but the services of this provider is not satisfactory. DEN Networks Limited have to provide us the requisite forms and confirmed if the forms are not submitted in time, the cable connection will be disconnected. Most of the channels are disturbed.
