Snapdeal offers return request pickup in 90 minutes

Snapdeal on Thursday launched a ’90 minutes reverse pick-ups’ with its logistics partner, gojavas.

Using the service, Snapdeal customers wishing to return or replace their online orders will be reached within 90 minutes of intimation, Snapdeal said in a statement.

The facility is live in 15 cities will enable hassle-free returns as well as refunds, it added.

“Both the teams are looking to expand this service to all the 300 cities within our network in the next 3-5 months,” gojavas Head Last Mile Operations Mohib Rub said.
