Walker Greenbank PLC is an international group of companies which design, manufacture, market and distribute wallcoverings, furnishing fabrics and associated products for the consumer market.
Walker Greenbank designs and manufacturers wallcoverings and furnishing fabrics. Its Zoffany and Harlequin brands are marketed globally. In 2003 Walker Greenbank bought Arthur Sanderson & Sons, gaining the Sanderson and Morris & Co brand names. In 2005 Walter Greenbank announced plans to sell off its Norwegian subsidiaries Borge Holdings and John O Borge, distributors of the company's wallpapers, to Swedish Eco Borastapeter. The acquisition will not affect the distribution of its three aforementioned wallpaper brands.
