Intalio, Inc.
Intalio is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, and was founded in July 1999. The name comes from the process the US Mint uses to print money — Intaglio. In Italian, the letter “g” is silent. What better name for a company creating value by developing software for process management?
Intalio is a privately held, VC funded company. Its investors include Cargill Ventures, Partech International, the Woodside Fund, and Tim O’Reilly. The company has over 500 enterprise customers, across all vertical industries, in over 50 countries, and more than 40 implementation partners.
Intalio is made up of two divisions. The Intalio|Cloud division develops and supports Intalio|Cloud, the first integrated cloud computing platform for the Enterprise. The Intalio|Works division develops and supports industry-leading applications and infrastructure software including Intalio BPMS and the Jetty product family.
