Further, it constructs single-family housing, and develops residential lots for its use and for sale. The company was formerly known as Weyerhaeuser Timber Company and changed its name to Weyerhaeuser Company. Weyerhaeuser Company was founded in 1900 and is based in Federal Way, Washington.
