WellStar Health System serves four counties in northwest Georgia through five acute care hospitals, a physician group, and an array of outpatient services. The network's hospitals specialize in cardiac and cancer care, diabetes treatments, and women's health; together the five hospitals house about 1,300 beds. WellStar's physician group operates through some 80 locations with more than 400 providers. The network is also home to hospice and home care programs; Atherton Place, an independent living center for senior citizens; and several urgent care facilities. The hospital's specialty units include a birthing center, orthopedic unit, heart center, memory clinic, and neurosciences division. West Florida Healthcare also operates nearly a dozen primary care clinics in the region.

West Georgia Health System helps its patients get back to feeling peachy. West Georgia Health System operates a hospital and provides various other health care services to residents of western Georgia and eastern Alabama. Its primary location is the West Georgia Medical Center, a rural referral center with 275 beds. Specialty health care facilities include the Enoch Callaway Cancer Center and the Georgia Heart Clinic, as well as home health and hospice agencies. West Georgia Health System also includes clinics and centers for dialysis, women's health services, and long-term care for the elderly.

West Jefferson Medical Center keeps the suburbs of New Orleans in tune. A full-service community hospital serving Jefferson County, Lousiana, the not-for-profit hospital has about 450 beds and provides general medical-surgical care, as well as specialty care in a number of areas, including cardiovascular disease, neurosciences, orthopedics, women's health, and oncology. The medical center also operates several primary care clinics throughout it service area and provides behavioral health and occupational health services. West Jefferson Medical Center was founded in 1956.
