The hospital system provides medical, surgical, and therapeutic services through the not-for-profit Prince William Hospital. PWHS also offers assisted living, rehabilitation, wellness, and home care services. Founded in 1964, the Prince William Hospital has about 170 beds and provides specialty services including emergency room, cancer care, imaging, diagnostics, cardiac rehabilitation, pediatrics, and mental health care. The health system has a strategic partnership with area medical network Novant Health.
