Nevada City Hospital (dba Nevada Regional Medical Center) provides health care services for the residents in western Missouri. New York Methodist Hospital is a not-for-profit, acute-care teaching hospital in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. Established in 1881 as the Methodist Episcopal Hospital, the facility is licensed for about 600 total beds. It offers a full range of health care services, including nearly everything from primary to emergency care, women's health services, cancer and cardiac care, pediatric to geriatric services, and behavioral and counseling services. New York Methodist hospital also operates satellite clinics in surrounding areas. A member of NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System, New York Methodist is a teaching hospital affiliated with Cornell University's Weill Medical College.
